Thursday: FREE training with trainer
Friday: Work (bleh)
Tmr: body combat
so trainer used the machine thingy and checked you know weight and body fats and all and guess what?
jeng jeng jeng!i'm FAT!:(
so must go gym bersungguh-sungguh! like every other day. So that can loose weight.
Goal: loose weight by December 2007.
Plan: cardio/GXclass every other day. Weights also in between.
I hope the plan works. I NEED TO LOOSE WEIGHT
. I'm so fat/heavy its not funny anymore.
Personal training was fun! i mean, i don't mind someone telling me, "come on karen, go on, you can do it, a little bit more....come on...." everytime i hit the bike/threadmill. hahahha.
Owh well, i will have to stick to my own will power personal training. hahahhaha. no money to get a PT.
hmmmm....shall go watch House MD now. bbuhhh byeee
