(the process of me getting thinner and healthier...)hehehehe....i've decided to join the Oprah's Bootcamp. only i cannot follow the food instruction...cos you know la..we live in malaysia! but then again, i'll try my very best to cut down on sugar (NO COKE!! ohmigosh...thats gonna be so hard! ) and eat more vege.
