yoga!

yoga
i went to a yoga class today at my neighbourhood! the class was small, in a house with6 other old ladies, ok,not old la, but elder ladies! all of em, my BEC members. it as fun. at first it seems kinda hard, but ok, overall...hehe. i kinda like yoga. makes me feel all nice and sleepy! i came back and slept for 15 mins! wanted to sleep longer, but couldn't sleep cos i had to go to college for the Psychology Movie Festival. which until now i dunno what to write! reminds me also...got lab to pass up on thursday! yikes!

how ar? i duno how to do lab la. hehe. must find online.
